We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) on a per diem basis to join our team in Southern CA. This position offers a flexible schedule, ideal for professionals seeking to manage their own work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and implement customized treatment plans for patients experiencing physical challenges.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and provide manual therapy to enhance patient mobility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on continuing care post-treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong tech skills (comfort with various EMRs and using tablet for documentation)
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Current California driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
