About This Position

Join our team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Team Member, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring flawless store operations. Your efficiency in handling freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations will contribute significantly to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and managing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.

  • Restock the sales floor as needed based on sales trends and seasonal adjustments.

  • Engage with customers, welcoming them and providing assistance with our products and services.

  • Implement all product protection standards to ensure inventory safety.

  • Assist in training new hires on company standards, product knowledge, inventory processes, and productivity tools as directed by store leadership.

  • Exhibit sound judgment and make informed decisions, enlisting help from appropriate partners when necessary.

  • Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, proactively addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively.

  • Support point of sale and customer service functions to ensure quick and exceptional service for our customers.

  • Meet or surpass individual targets such as productivity, credit, and loyalty goals.

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, staying within designated timeframes.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines for a secure environment for all associates and customers.

  • Receive, comprehend, and proactively act on directions from supervisors and company personnel.

  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • No prior retail experience necessary.

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Availability throughout the week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in client-facing retail or service roles.

Starting Pay: $13.00
