Pay Information
$2,081 per week

About The Position
Key Responsibilities

  • - Consult patients about physical condition.
  • - Assess and interpret patient evaluations.
  • - Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • - Create fitness-oriented health care programs.
  • - Administer prescribed physical therapy.
  • - Coach and teach therapeutic exercises.
  • - Use hands-on therapy (massage).
  • - Provide injury prevention education.
  • - Document patient care.
  • - Comply with regulations.
Certifications/Requirements
  • - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from APTA-accredited program required.
  • - Physical Therapist, Licensed (PT) state licensure required.
  • - Pass National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Experience
  • - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from APTA Commission on Accreditation.
  • - 2,000+ hours direct patient care as licensed PT within 10 years.
  • - State licensure and passing NPTE exam required.
