Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our Compensation Team within the Corporate group. This role involves full-cycle general ledger responsibilities, commission and travel expense reporting, and supporting month-end close processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in asking questions when needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage compensation accounting tasks, including commission accruals and travel & expense reporting.
• Perform weekly entries related to commissions and fuel expenses.
• Handle full-cycle general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain large spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with balance sheet and income statement preparation for month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal control standards.
Collaborate with team members and support process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 1-3 years of staff accounting experience (not suitable for recent graduates).
Experience with full-cycle general ledger processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Workforce or Salesforce.
Ability to review contracts for customer payment terms.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
