This Position reports to:

HUB Digital Sales Manager

Vil du lede salget av digitale losninger og drive vekststrategien i Nord-Europa? Vi soker en Digital Solutions Sales Lead som skal vre drivkraften bak digitalisering og kundesuksess i regionen.

Du samarbeider tett med salgsledelsen og organisasjonen innen Process Automation Energy Industries for a utvikle og gjennomfore strategier som skaper vekst og kundesuksess.

Du vil bidra til a oke bruken av digitale losninger, styrke relasjoner med nokkelkunder og lofte kompetansen i salgsorganisasjonen. Du blir en drivkraft for a utvikle og utvide den digitale portefoljen i noen av vare viktigste markeder.

Om rollen

Som Digital Solutions Sales Lead far du ansvar for a:

  • Utvikle og implementere vekststrategier for digitale losninger
  • Lede salgsprosesser og strategiske kundeengasjementer
  • Bygge langsiktige partnerskap med nokkelkunder
  • Oversette komplekse tekniske losninger til tydelige forretningsverdier
  • Samarbeide tett med produkt-, service- og leveranseteam for a sikre kundesuksess

Vi ser etter deg som har

  • Solid erfaring med salg av digitale losninger, gjerne innen prosessautomatisering eller energibransjen
  • Dokumentert evne til a utvikle strategiske kundeplaner og drive langsiktige engasjementer
  • Sterke ferdigheter innen relasjonsbygging og radgivende salg
  • Utdanning pa bachelor- eller masterniva innen business, teknologi eller ingeniorfag
  • Flytende engelsk og vilje til a reise i Nord-Europa (inntil 50 %)
