- No. of Exam Rooms: - 2 (procedure rooms); 16 (LDRP rooms) - Dedicated Surgical Suite
- No of Beds: 15
- Nursery Level: II
- Trauma Level: II
- Ultrasound Onsite
- EMR: Cerner, will convert to Epic (2025)
- Other Info: - Open to new graduates; but must have plans to take test
