We offer opportunities for advancement to the person who demonstrates reliability, pays attention to details, and who is willing to learn, and wants to grow.

Drivers are responsible for: Picking up loaded truck & delivering the best tasting ice cream products around on their truck and checking all products for accuracy because our customer service is spectacular. Make sure all assigned deliveries are made on time, accurately, and in good condition. Our drivers must be flexible with scheduled start times, as they vary based on the customer’s needs and we aim to please. (No CDL required.)

Being dependable and punctual matters to SICC. Pleasing our customers is our primary goal. Keeping a positive, can-do attitude will get you noticed. We require you to be able to communicate effectively.

There may be a two-week training period in the freezer/warehouse to learn product identification, stacking, checking, and loading. (Our freezers are a sub-zero environment. -20 degrees, but we have protective gear to keep you safe.)

Our vehicle insurance requires drivers to be at least 24 years old.
