ABOUT OUR AGENCY:We've proudly been in business for 10 years, growing into a strong team made up of three customer service representatives (two full time and one part time), three full time account representatives, and myself. Our office is a place where hard work and fun go hand in hand. We keep the fridge stocked with sodas and water, the pantry full of snacks, and enjoy team lunches every Friday. Plus, we love to celebrate success - our team earns at least three formal trips each year. In 2023, we went white water rafting in Colorado

Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through the local Chamber of Commerce and the Hemingway Business District. Giving back is part of our culture - this year we also volunteered at Feed My Starving Children.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:Adam Doe - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
