Overview:

We are looking for a Territory Sales Consultant to join our team. This position will be focused on growing revenue through the acquisition of Small Commercial, Independent DSD, Independent 5 gal Retail, and On Premise customers. Salary: $65,000.00 annually plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and engage new small commercial accounts.
  • Develop and close new retail accounts, focusing on convenience stores and small independent groceries.
  • Expand On Premise and 5 gal retail markets.
  • Enhance existing accounts by increasing sales volume and market share.
  • Manage product placements, inventory, and promotional activities while adhering to pricing guidelines.
  • Monitor competitors and leverage insights for sales opportunities.

Service:

  • Conduct inventory checks to prevent stockouts and manage product freshness.
  • Ensure product displays are organized, clean, and well-stocked with promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate delivery information and manage account transactions.
  • Proactively address customer needs to maintain optimal product inventories.
  • Deliver exceptional service and build positive relationships with customers.

Safety:

  • Adhere to defined safety practices in all operations.
  • Prioritize your safety and that of colleagues and customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant sales or delivery experience.
  • Strong negotiation and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Basic financial calculation skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Great interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
