Job Summary

? Be the bridge between kitchen and guest As a Food Runner, you'll ensure guests receive meals promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented. You'll work closely with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Food Handler's Permit (if required by local jurisdiction)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders from kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

  • Ensure food presentation meets quality standards

  • Assist servers with table maintenance and guest needs

  • Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism

  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas
