We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate transactions. Your main responsibility will be to assist with the preparation and review of title and survey reports for our clients. This will include conducting research, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze title and survey reports for commercial real estate transactions.

- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in title and survey reports.

- Conduct research on property ownership, liens, and other relevant information.

- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to title and survey reports.

- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other parties to obtain necessary information and resolve any issues.

- Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents, including deeds, mortgages, and contracts.

- Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and other third-party vendors.

- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to title and survey reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.

- 2+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a commercial real estate setting.

- Strong understanding of title and survey reports and related legal documents.

- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
