What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping clients feel confident about their future. You will:
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through phone, email, and video calls
  • Conduct virtual policy reviews and deliver personalized recommendations for auto, home, life, and health insurance
  • Manage customer needs with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Leverage product expertise to provide clear explanations and solutions to both warm and cold leads
  • Collaborate with the Agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals
  • Represent our agency with integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence-every single day
What We're Looking For
We want motivated professionals who are ready to learn, grow, and make an impact. Here's what will set you up for success:
  • 1+ years of sales experience with proven results
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - strongly preferred
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain within 30 days-training support provided)
  • Self-discipline, reliability, and time-management
  • Comfortable using CRMs, video conferencing, and tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
