Commercial Project Manager – Build Landmark Pools, Build Strong Teams
Location: Charleston, SC (In-Office, Local Candidates Only)
Salary: $70k+, Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM, with an occasional weekend

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Teams – Provide direction, accountability, and mentorship to Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors.

Foster Collaboration – Build trust across departments and ensure everyone has the tools to succeed.

Customer Service – Act as the client's main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Project Execution – Oversee construction activities, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards.

Problem Solving – Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track.

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
