We are seeking a highly motivated Large Loss Project Manager to join our team at Restoration 1 of Beaumont. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee large loss restoration projects from start to finish
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Large Loss project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in project management or restoration are a plus

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
