Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Topology Planning is looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills, supply chain knowledge, and technology experience to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. In this position, the successful candidate will own mid to long term topology strategy, site selection, site approval process, short and long term build plan management, and topology optimization engine for Amazon delivery station planning. This position requires working with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning. This role is a high visibility role as it requires regular interaction with the leadership team and involves critical decision making. Finally, this position develops and implements ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the process, creating additional value, and driving automation.
A day in the life
This role combines strategic thinking, data analytics, stakeholder management and hands-on problem solving - all with a direct impact on Amazon's global last mile delivery network.
Every day is a new adventure with opportunities to work backwards from customer needs across diverse LATAM, APAC and MENA regions. You will leverage data-driven models to develop long-term AMZL build plans and lead scenario analysis to guide decision making as teams drive towards your plan. You will have opportunity to develop business cases for innovative delivery solutions, automate manual processes, and/or develop new modelling solutions for the network.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience
-
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
-
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

2+ years of supply chain experience

Bachelor's degree
-
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
-
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
