Our client, a top-tier management consulting company, is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with strong ACH and Payments domain expertise to support requirements, testing, governance, and process control functions in a financial-services environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Gather and document business requirements (ACH/Payments)
• Drive testing and validation activities (UAT, controls testing)
• Support PMO tasks, business case governance, and reporting
• Partner with control functions; define mitigation and process controls
• Support pre/post go-live activities for new initiatives
• ACH and Payments domain
• Requirements documentation & process mapping
• Testing (UAT, QA coordination)
• PMO support & project tracking
• Knowledge of business controls and governance
• Experience in financial institutions
• Knowledge of control frameworks and risk policies
