School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a full-time, school-based Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-person services for public school students. This position is for the current school year.
Licensed Practical Nurse Pay Range: $40-$50 per hour
Licensed Practical Nurse Position Details:
- This is a 1099 contractor position
- Hours = approximately 7:30-3:30 daily
- Would be meeting at the student's home to ride the bus with them to school and riding the bus back to the student's house in the afternoon
- Must be comfortable with a 3-year-old and assisting with G-Tube feedings
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Must have NJ LPN Licensure or Compact LPN Licensure
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain.)
- Supporting and evaluating primary and secondary students with IEPs
- Communicating to the internal team on the content of records and summarizing benefits
- Attending some evaluation meetings held Monday through Friday
- Access to personal fax machine/copier/scanner for transmission of confidential documents
