About Our Client

Job Description
  • Oversee 350 to 1,000 unit residential, multifamily developments.
  • Manage the daily operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly.
  • Oversee tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and addressing concerns or complaints.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each property, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance.
  • Work with vendors and contractors to secure quality services for property upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports on property performance for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:
  • Residential experience is essential.
  • Will have managed a minimum of 300 units, ideally 500-700.
  • A strong background in property management within the property industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in New York.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive tenant relationships.
  • Proficiency with property management software and tools.
