Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ideal candidate will possess an analytical and data-driven approach towards our ecommerce sites and third-party channels

• Responsibilities: Implement & manage product listing program, including creating an SOP that guarantees the timely listing of products across all ecommerce sites and third-party channels

• Manage PPC budget, including analyzing metrics & creating future growth

• Create long-term social media marketing plan

• Implement & manage customer service guidelines & internal customer return policy

• Manage long-term SEO and backlink program for all brands

• Monitor & evaluate digital activity on Google & third-party channels

• Oversee product content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and newsletters

• Utilize previous management experience to lead current team, and hire/train new members as growth dictates

• Work directly with senior management to discuss product development & ecommerce strategies, including Sales, Brand, Creative, Content, and Customer Service departments
