Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the Capital Markets division, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior management, and team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define project objectives, strategies, and success criteria.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in program management.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in program/project management within Capital Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, and market infrastructure.
