Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Of Social Work to join our team in Sterling Heights. The Director Of Social Work will be responsible for overseeing all social work programs and services within the organization. This includes developing and implementing social work policies and procedures, managing a team of social workers, and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with best practices and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social work policies and procedures
  • Manage a team of social workers and support staff
  • Oversee the delivery of social work services to clients
  • Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with best practices and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of social work services with overall organizational goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including training and professional development opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social work programs and services
  • Stay current on trends and developments in the field of social work
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing social work practice
