Unit Information: Orthopedic and Spine Specialty Clinic Location: TOH Specialty Clinic at Kingwood Address: 22751 Professional Drive Suite 250 Kingwood, TX, 77339 Floor: 2nd Floor Building: Medical Office Building General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 0 Number of Staff 2 (including Contract) Type of staff: o Day Shift 2 Rad Techs o Night Shift - 0 Patient Ratios n/a Type of equipment Floormount X-Ray EMR Athena and Efferent Software for Image Collection (will train) Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. National Certification by A.R.R.T. Current License by Texas Medical Board Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Clinic Experience Casting experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): X-Ray images of hand, wrist, hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, spine Best personality Fit: Kind, calm and an ability to make a connection with the patient quickly REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: National Certification by A.R.R.T. Current License by Texas Medical Board Floating Area(s): None Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Black Scrubs, no visible tattoos or piercings, natural hair color Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
