Required: 3 Months of Class A 53' Tractor Trailer/Flatbed Experience within the past year (not counting school).
No SAP drivers.
Hair Follicle Drug Screening required.
Clean CDL = No Incidents or Accidents within the past year

Job Details:

  • Enjoy a specialized fleet designed with drivers in mind. We provide weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs for optimal work-life balance.
  • Our Regional Fleet focuses on specific regions, ensuring consistent home time and manageable routes.
  • Average Weekly Miles: Drive approximately 1,800 miles per week based on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.
  • Average Weekly Pay: Enjoy a competitive gross pay of $1000-$1100 per week.
  • Freight Type: Experience 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.

Equipment and Support:

  • Operate newer models: Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths.
  • Receive 24/7 access to operational support at any time.

Vacation Package:

  • 1 year = 1 week
  • 3 years = 2 weeks
  • 7 years = 3 weeks
  • 15 years = 4 weeks

Pay and Bonuses:

  • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
  • Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date. Must be an active OTR driver at the time of bonus payout to qualify.
