About the Role: 4K Aluminum of California is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant or Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with real accounting expertise—not just basic bookkeeping—who can handle a variety of accounting functions in a wholesale or retail business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) operations accurately and efficiently
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with customer payment disputes and apply adjustments or credits as needed
Maintain General Ledger entries and complete account reconciliations
Support the month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in A/P and A/R operations within a wholesale or retail business
Strong knowledge of General Ledger and account reconciliations
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (or similar accounting software)
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong problem-solving ability
