Journeyman Plumber or Highly Skilled Apprentice

US Trades & Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Journeyman Plumbers to join our team. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure plumbing systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and regulations.
JOB Location: Orlando, Florida
Pay Range: $23-$32 per hour depending on experience, PER Diem $100 per day worked
Approximate Hours working: 40-65 per week
MUST HAVES OR BE WILLING TO GET: Fall Protection, Trenching Excavation, and MUST HAVE Scissor Lift
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements
- Coordinate with other trades and project teams to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly and on time
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fixtures, and fittings
- Provide estimates for plumbing projects and materials
- Train and mentor apprentice plumbers
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
