Team Shift Supervisor

As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by ensuring smooth and efficient work shifts that meet Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership of your shift, address challenges proactively, and be available to assist and guide others as needed. Key responsibilities include ensuring that Team Members fulfill their assigned tasks and deliver safe, high-quality food with a friendly attitude. You'll also prioritize creating a safe and welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers.
Important behaviors for a Team Shift Supervisor include:
- Addressing customer complaints promptly and with a positive demeanor.
- Providing constructive feedback to Team Members in a supportive way.
- Maintaining open and honest communication with the Restaurant Management team.
- Adhering to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.
