Job Description
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to discuss project requirements and budgets.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimates and project documentation.
  • Provide support in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methodologies to enhance estimating accuracy.
