- Sign-on bonus; 5 weeks of vacation/holiday time
- 1 day in the clinic and 3 - 4 days in surgery

- APPs run rounds ahead of surgeons
- Must be board certified or board eligible; fellowship required
- Incoming providers can work with general surgery residents doing their thoracic rotations
