Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying predictive models and AI systems that drive strategic decision-making and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision applications.
  • Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to understand requirements and deliver AI-based solutions.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and tools in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and model deployment infrastructure (e.g., using MLOps best practices).
  • Monitor model performance in production and implement improvements or retraining strategies.
  • Document code, methodologies, and research findings clearly and concisely.
  • Stay current with industry trends, AI research, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (PhD is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
  • Familiarity with data querying tools (SQL, Spark) and version control (Git).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with NLP, generative AI (e.g., LLMs), or computer vision projects.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and deploying models at scale.
  • Background in a specific industry such as healthcare, fintech, or e-commerce.
