Join Our Dynamic Team as a Clinical Education Specialist (RN)
Are you an experienced RN with a passion for education and mentorship? We are seeking a Clinical Education Specialist who is dedicated to enhancing the onboarding experience for new team members while fostering ongoing professional development for all staff.
In this role, you will lead comprehensive new hire orientations and provide continuous education across the organization. Your responsibilities will include assessing the learning needs of staff, collaborating with supervisors to develop targeted training programs, and ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory guidelines. You will mentor new employees throughout their orientation and beyond, facilitating a supportive and engaging educational process involving assessment, development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives.

Qualifications:
- A dedication to serving patients and families alongside a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience: At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in hospice care. Previous education experience is preferable. Strong interpersonal communication skills, decision-making ability, and computer proficiency are essential. The ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks, along with a solid understanding of cultural diversity in the workplace, is also required. Excellent customer service skills are a must.
