Pharmacy Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks while ensuring exceptional patient experiences. As a certified pharmacy technician, you will play an essential role in pharmacy workflow and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and uphold efficiency in workflow.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management of pharmacy personnel.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and prompt resolution of inquiries or complaints.
- Assist pharmacists in patient care including registration, prescription processing, and healthcare services such as vaccinations.
- Monitor compliance with laws and maintain a clean, stocked pharmacy environment.
- Coordinate pharmacy schedules and manage inventory processes without requiring pharmacist oversight.
- Handle patient calls and resolve issues related to insurance claims and payments.
- Support community outreach initiatives and build relationships with external partners.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of pharmacy practices.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in people management is preferred.

The current hourly salary range for this position is $22.50 to $31.00, based on experience and skills.
