Location: Howard County, MD (Hybrid, 1 day/week in office)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant / Tax Manager to join the Howard County, MD team. This role offers the chance to take on significant client responsibility, preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, estate, and trust returns, along with financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and sign individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns
- Prepare and review financial statements (preparation/compilation/review; no audits)
- Work directly with clients, partners, and staff
- Contribute to the collaborative, supportive culture of the firm
- 7+ years of tax experience
- Active CPA license
- Proficiency with CCH Axcess, ProSystem FX, Engagement, QuickBooks
- Strong accounting, client management, and communication skills
- No industry specialization required
- Hybrid schedule (1 day/week in office)
- Strong work/life balance
- Collaborative team environment with low turnover
- Opportunity to assume significant client responsibility
