Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of #33.80 with bonus opportunities based on performance.
What We’re Looking For
Ford Certified Technician (preferred)
Proven track record of strong productivity and efficiency
Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability expertise
Ability to consistently flag hours in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles
Handle complex electrical, drivability, and engine concerns
Work closely with service advisors to maintain repair flow
Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting efficiency goals
Follow Ford factory repair standards and dealership processes
