Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
  • Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to address guest concerns efficiently.
  • Adhere to and promote our high standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding technical issues.
  • Work closely with fellow technicians to achieve deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • Participate in paid continuous training, receiving up to 30 hours annually.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve guests.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the automotive technician/mechanic field.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or you should have a plan to obtain them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
  • Consistently meet or exceed hourly performance goals.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and automotive processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • A commitment to long-term career development within the automotive field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Capability to work with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces based on repair requirements.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
  • Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Skilled in navigating computer systems effectively.
