Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Lead

Job Location: Lafayette, Indiana

Job Description:

• New Manufacturing Assembly / Machining Line set up in Greenfield and Transfer lines from one VSM to another VSM in Brownfield environment.

• Setting up New Manufacturing line as per Industry 4.0, high technology Automation and exposure to Digital Manufacturing concepts.

• Tracking and presenting the customer Metrics in PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity and Cost) to Leadership.

• Preparing, maintaining, and updating documentation related to operating procedures and safety and quality standards; ensuring all processes and products meet desired safety and quality standards.

• Supervising and directing the daily activities of production lines workers, assigning tasks, ensuring coordination between different teams, ensuring their safety and monitoring their performance.

• Training new hires, managing scheduling and work conflicts, monitoring safety, and promoting internal communication to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Job-related experience (preferably in manufacturing)

• Team Lead or Supervisory experience

• Experience in Customer Service, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, and/or Operations

• Ability to demonstrate leadership competencies.

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience in the areas of Quality, Distribution, and Maintenance

• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and customers.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Degree or equivalent experience desired

Qualification:

• BS/MS

Compensación: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
