Pan-Pacific Mechanical is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to design and implement robust API infrastructure supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation. This foundational role will build and maintain our Portal backend services, connecting internal systems with modern web applications and third-party integrations through scalable Go microservices.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Go experience (or strong backend skills in Python/Java with a desire to learn Go)
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, OAuth/JWT, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Azure, Graph API, and frontend collaboration (React/TypeScript) strongly desired
- Proficiency in performance optimization
- Strong experience working with relational and non-relational databases, preferably SQL Server
- Proficiency with cloud technologies, specifically Azure
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills to assist in value engineering ideas
- Must be a team player and believe in our company core values of Family, Loyalty, and Respect
