Every role influences our patients' lives, and your contributions can make a significant impact. We are seeking a passionate Lead OR Tech to be part of our dedicated team.

The Surgical Technologist III will assist in patient care, handling equipment and supplies. This role encompasses care for adolescent patients (12-17 years), adults (18-64 years), and geriatric patients (65+ years). As the first scrub, you will manage instruments and supplies during procedures while anticipating the surgeon's needs. Quality patient care is essential, with vigilance over the sterile field. As the second scrub, assist the surgeon or surgical assistant with tasks such as sponging, suctioning, cutting sutures, and operating the endoscopic camera.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduation from an accredited school for Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT).
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery (TS-C) from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required upon hire.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a facility of similar size with comparable services.
• Experience in open heart surgery is mandatory.
• Competent in leading all specialty areas including Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Burn, and Vascular Surgery.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
