- Provide direct patient care, following personalized care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor patient behaviors by taking vital signs and observing symptoms and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans.
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
- Celebrate patient achievements throughout their recovery journey.
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
- Experience in rehabilitation preferred.
