Your Role as an LPN/LVN:
  • Provide direct patient care, following personalized care plans and physician orders.
  • Monitor patient behaviors by taking vital signs and observing symptoms and responses to treatments.
  • Collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement care plans.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
  • Celebrate patient achievements throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements to Consider:
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
  • Experience in rehabilitation preferred.
