Position Summary: Our admission nurse is the first point of contact between a patient and the healthcare center. In this position, the admission nurse performs a head-to-toe assessment, gathers important information, completes medication reconciliation, reviews medical history, and establishes a communication process for a seamless transition.
Experience: 2 years of RN experience, preferred. Licensure: Active South Carolina RN license
