Join Our Growing Multi-Specialty Group in Redding, California
Shasta Regional Medical Center, a 226-bed acute care facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our thriving hospital-owned multi-specialty group. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a supportive, community-focused environment with access to advanced resources and a strong emphasis on patient care.
Position Highlights
- Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group
- Practice: Outpatient Primary Care
- Clinic Locations: Anderson or Palo Cedro (1015 minutes from hospital)
- Support System: Medical Assistants and Scribes
- Academic Opportunity: Teaching available with in-house Internal Medicine Program
- Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
- Weekends: None
- Call: 7+ days/month (shared among providers)
- Visa Support: J-1 sponsorship available
- Competitive compensation package with production bonus
- Base salary: $230,000 $280,000 annually (negotiable) + productivity bonus (based on collections)
