Requirements:
• NO DEGREE REQUIRED - We're hiring for PERSONALITY, DRIVE, and GO-GETTER MENTALITY
• GENUINE PASSION for motorsports - you live and breathe racing
• Knowledge of motorsports: Know the difference between IndyCar, NASCAR, Formula 1, and other racing series
• LOCAL to Indianapolis, Indiana area STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Sales experience or demonstrated ability to connect with people and close deals
• Enthusiastic, energetic personality that can inspire and excite prospective students
• Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and connect with motorsports enthusiasts
• Understanding of technical education or vocational training is a plus
• Familiarity with Indianapolis motorsports scene and culture
• Willingness to attend racing events, car shows, and promotional activities
• Goal-oriented mindset with hunger to achieve and exceed sales targets
