Responsibilities
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and helping with laundry
  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Provides companionship and emotional support
  • Reminders (medication, appointments, ect)
  • Help client with personal care functions
  • Provides occasional transportation for the client if needed
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience as a caregiver (1+ year preferred)
  • Reliable transportation, Car insurance and valid automobile insurance
  • Able to function independently in the home setting with minimal direct supervision
  • Offering 4 - 8 - 12 hour shifts - Full time opportunities

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Assisting Hands Home Care prides itself on offering compassionate, dependable home care to their clients across the US. Their unparalleled reputation of quality home care covers a broad spectrum of services ranging from aging care for the elderly, post-surgery care, transitional care from a hospital or rehab, to post maternity care for those mothers who need care after the birth of their child.

According to the company's Vice President, Gail Stout, Assisting Hands Home Care believes that the caregivers are the face of the company. "Each AHHC agency has a robust pool of caregivers but we are always looking to hire additional caregivers that meet our guidelines and criteria for caring for our clients," Gail said.
