Job Title: OB/GYN Hospitalist
Job Specialty: Hospitalist - OB
Job Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts, 7-8 per month for full-time status. Will consider someone who wants to work a minimum of 6 shifts per month.
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN required
License: California license required, or willing to obtain
Certifications: Board Certified, Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Must-Have:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
- CA license (or willing to obtain)
- OB Hospitalist work experience
- Full-time or part-time employment interest
- Willingness to relocate or already living in the area
- J1 or H1B visa support requirement
Job Description:
- Attend deliveries, OB triage, patient evaluation/management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring, and ER coverage
- Affiliated with maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology for high-risk patients
- Teaching opportunities with fellows, residents, and medical students
- Permanent, full-time position requiring residency within the local area
- Oversee a Level-III NICU
- Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision benefits provided
