This role demands a proactive leader adept at fostering collaboration and alignment across multiple programs and teams, driving program success while enhancing organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will boast a strong background in program management, strategic communication, and a deep understanding of SaaS technologies, ready to tackle our most challenging projects with independence and strategic acumen. Key Responsibilities: Forge connections across programs to clarify strategic and operational directives. Partner with leadership to navigate and expedite program delivery hurdles. Streamline portfolio-level processes to boost organizational and operational excellence. Establish a cohesive program framework to unite and guide cross-organizational teams towards shared goals. Collaborate across departments to uphold product excellence, ensuring top-notch availability, quality, and user experience. Must-Have Skills: Proven expertise in program management within SaaS or related technology sectors. Strong ability to navigate matrix environments and influence cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills tailored for varied audiences, from executive to operational levels. Industry Experience: Prior experience in SaaS or related technology fields is crucial, with a preference for candidates familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
