We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-growth AI company dedicated to building the next generation of autonomous digital workers. This is an on-site, full-time position in San Francisco, CA.
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI and digital workers. Your primary focus will be on driving velocity and end-to-end ownership of products and problems within the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and build new, complex workflows within our core products.
- Maintain and optimize existing feature-rich workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Act as a critical bridge between Applied Research, Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, and Engineering teams.
- Identify, propose, and implement significant architectural improvements and scalability solutions.
- Drive and enforce technical decisions and best practices across the engineering team.
- Actively contribute to product engineering across the full stack.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer, or significant, proven experience across both frontend and backend development. Exceptional candidates with non-traditional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex projects from inception to deployment.
- A strong bias for action and a proven track record of delivering results with high velocity.
- Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- TypeScript and Node.js
- Next.js
- Python
- Vercel and AWS
- Familiarity with communication APIs like Twilio is a plus.
- This is an in-office only position in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Must be able to work full-time.
- Visa sponsorship (TN and H1B transfer) is available.
