Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)
We are actively seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex waterfront and underwater infrastructure projects. This is a key role with a respected contractor, offering long-term opportunity and competitive compensation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in marine construction
- Background managing docks, bridges, seawalls, or underwater projects
- Ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and field crews
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Manage all phases of marine construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and field teams
- Maintain project documentation and reports
