Volt is immediately hiring for Production Workers in Georgetown, Texas.
As a Production Worker, the ideal candidate will have production manufacturing experience.
- Ability to comprehend and execute instructions with utmost precision and accuracy
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity levels
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, reporting any safety hazards or incidents promptly
- Assemble mechanical components and systems based on technical drawings
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations governing manufacturing operations
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour 2nd shift needed (12-hour shifts)
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
