Your Role:

The Senior Enterprise Architect will play a vital role in shaping and governing the enterprise architecture for our organization. You will lead a talented team of solutions architects, ensuring our IT strategy effectively aligns with business objectives while overseeing architecture implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance WWP’s enterprise architecture framework across key domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate strategic vision for IT systems to foster scalability and innovation.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategies with overall organizational objectives.
  • Lead governance practices, ensuring compliance with policies and technical standards.
  • Serve as an advisor to business units and stakeholders, facilitating architectural alignment and process improvements.
  • Define non-functional requirements (performance, security, etc.) and validate them.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design integrated enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain technology roadmaps for modernization and integration efforts.
  • Oversee architectural designs to meet performance and integration requirements.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, supporting project traceability.
  • Identify technology risks and develop strategies to enhance reliability and compliance.
  • Lead initiatives in cloud adoption, data architecture, and application modernization.

Qualifications:

  • 8 years of staff management experience in a technical leadership role.
  • 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP platforms and architecture frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven project management skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a related area and certifications in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • General office environment; temperature-controlled setting.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
