Join Our Team as a Heavy Duty Parts Counter Specialist

American Motors Repair is seeking an experienced and dedicated Heavy Duty Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. We're a high-level commercial truck service shop, and we pride ourselves on providing top-tier service to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a parts professional with a strong background in commercial truck parts to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service technicians and customers in identifying and locating heavy-duty commercial truck parts.

  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.

  • Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and stockroom.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.

  • Use parts catalogs and computer systems to look up and order parts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with heavy-duty commercial truck parts is a must.

  • Strong knowledge of various truck components and systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Proficiency with parts management software and computer systems.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

  • Location: Commerce City

  • Salary: $41,600 - $80,000 per year, based on experience
