Job Description
  • Develop schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth work flow.
  • Estimate costs, track expenses, and maintain the project within budget constraints.
  • Oversee crews, assign duties, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Monitor concrete mixing, pouring, curing, and finishing to meet specifications and standards.
  • Address challenges like delays or material issues to keep the project on track.

The Successful Applicant
  • Strong experience in managing concrete commercial or industrial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for efficient project delivery.
  • Skilled in supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
